The doctor (her pediatrician) said that she would not read and write and in her later years she would be poverty stricken and dependent on her siblings. Why do they have the power to say what a child will be? My grandma Lois in one of my low moments in the brand new baby stage said, "She will get better with your love". It gave me such hope that I could love her well! I and my family worked very, very hard! Taylor Anne is 18 years old and she is graduating from High School with many accomplishments to be proud of. There is still so much stigma to fight against. I feel it is so very sad that the definitions in people's minds still need to be enlightened. Yes they will always need love and encouragement, but more often then not...Taylor has the love and confidence to give it away. Don't we all need love and encouragement to be more well? Yes!BonnieJeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14400512027328985592noreply@blogger.com
